1. About Contemporary Form

Contemporary Form (contemporaryform.com) is an independent art project based in Bucharest, Romania, founded by Robert Vîiu. All works sold on this site are original works hand-printed by the artist.

2. Editions and authenticity

All works are made in limited editions, as described for each product. Each copy is numbered and hand-signed by the artist and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Once an edition sells out, the work is never reprinted.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in lei (RON) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is by card (Stripe) or bank transfer. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Romania and internationally. Delivery times and costs are detailed on the Delivery and returnspage. Contemporary Form is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Works must be returned in their original condition. Damaged works reported within 48 hours of delivery are replaced or fully refunded. Full details on the Delivery and returns.

6. Intellectual property

All images, texts and works on this site are the intellectual property of Contemporary Form and Robert Vîiu. Buying a work gives you ownership of the physical copy — reproduction rights, commercial use and copyright remain with the artist.

7. Privacy

We collect only the personal data needed to process your order (name, address, email). We do not share data with third parties, except as needed for delivery and payment processing. Full details in the Privacy policy.
