Delivery and returns

Packaging

Every work is packed with care so it arrives in perfect condition. Framed works are wrapped in acid-free paper, secured between rigid foam boards and placed in a double-walled cardboard box. Every parcel includes the certificate of authenticity.

Delivery in Romania

We deliver across Romania with Fan Courier or DPD. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days from order confirmation.

Delivery costs:

• Bucharest: 25 lei
• Rest of the country: 35 lei
• Free delivery on orders over 800 lei

International delivery

We ship internationally with DPD or DHL. Times and costs vary by destination — you will see the exact delivery cost at checkout, before payment.

Estimated times:

• European Union countries: 5–8 working days
• Rest of Europe: 7–12 working days
• Outside Europe: 10–20 working days

Order processing

Orders are processed within 2 working days. You get a confirmation email when you place your order and a tracking number when the parcel ships.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the work arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours at contactcontemporaryform@gmail.com, with photos of the damage — we will send you a new work or refund you in full.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the work is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except in cases of damage or an error on our part.

To start a return, write to us at contactcontemporaryform@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
